Villa BellaVista, is a detached luxury villa with a pool in the Mazarron Country Club, Costa Calida, Spain.  It is located on the tranquil higher part of the Country Club resort and overlooking the colourful rooftops and staggering mountain views.

The Club has tennis courts & a large site pool with Jacuzzi & a paddling pool.  Other activities and trips are also organised.

A golf course is a 5 minute drive away; the beach is a 10 minutes.

The villa, comfortably accommodating for up to 6 people, is fully air conditioned and in the winter months it has heating & a log fire. Outside there is a large private pool & landscaped gardens, all south facing for your enjoyment of the sun as well as a not too cold dip in the pool; being south facing means you can enjoy the pool better!

BellaVista has 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living area. The terraces and patios provide extensive sunny and shadowed areas of relaxation. The villa was built south west facing to maximise sun hours. All in a large plot of 550sq metres with landscaped gardens, 9x4 m swimming pool and beautiful views over the whole Country Club complex.
It is fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standard.

Only a 5 minute walk to the bar /restaurant, large communal tropical swimming pool, social club, petanque (French bowls) and tennis courts.

There is a golf course 5 minutes drive away and several others within 30-45 mins drive away, including the famous La Manga Club. More information at this link HERE.

Indoors
BellaVista has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It is fully equipped because we do also use the villa ourselves for family holidays. We enjoy it and also want you to enjoy it. We want you to feel "en casa " (at home).

All rooms have access to the outside garden or views (if upstairs). The upstairs master bedroom has got a private solarium terrace and a bathroom next to it. The twin bedroom has got TV with UK channels and a balcony. Both enjoy beautiful views over the Country Club and surrounding mountains.
The 3rd bedroom (twin beds) is in the ground floor, which makes it very useful and convenient for those with mobility problems or those in need of quick access to a bed after a nice lunch with wine (siesta time)!

There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.  Washing machine is at the utility area.

A quality TV and DVD/MP3/CD player, books and some traditional board games are bound to keep the others in your group entertained whilst you have your siesta-nap after that lovely lunch meal with wine or favourite sangria.
A separate TV is also available on the upstairs bedroom allowing separate viewing whilst the kids or your husband ;-) play with their favourite portable games console; please bring this with you from home, it is portable after all ;-)

Outdoors
The landscaped illuminated garden has lots to offer as this is a large area with your own large private pool (9m x 4m), large and extensible dining table & reclining chairs (allowing eight people comfortably), 6 relaxing sun loungers and a stone BBQ for those evening gatherings.

There are also many toys/games, tennis rackets, bowls (French) and inflatables in the wooden house.
