Payment can be made by
posting a UK sterling cheque to the owner's address
or you can transfer payment directly to the owners'
bank account either in the UK or his Spain bank (Euros).
Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major
credit card
with PayPal in Sterling or Euros (3.5% surcharge).

A 25 % deposit plus a
completed booking form is
required to secure a booking. If the booking is made within
8 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is
payable immediately.
A security deposit of £150 is due along with the final
balance 5 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is
fully refundable pending an inspection from our management
agent and will be refunded after your stay.
